Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding national and local holidays. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier’s tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours from the time the email is sent before your package is tracked. Purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer within 5-6 business days<\/strong> after receiving the order confirmation from Maison Siccardi, at the cost specifically indicated during payment. The indicated delivery times are approximate; any delay does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or request compensation. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging or the product must be reported immediately to info@maisonsiccardi.com. We work tirelessly to ensure that our creations meet your satisfaction. All our bags are unique and original pieces, so no two items will ever be exactly the same, even if they are the same model and color. Since these are 100% handcrafted in Italy, any small imperfections are part of this unique and human-made proces<\/strong>s. Please also note that the colors displayed on the screen may differ slightly from the color of the item you received. For all these reasons, all sales are generally considered definitive and final.<\/p>

However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have received an item with defects in the leather\/fabric and\/or workmanship, please email us at info@maisonsiccardi.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include “RETURN REQUEST FOR ORDER No….” in the subject line of your email. Specify the following in the email text:<\/p>

  • Order number and date<\/li>
  • Name, surname, address<\/li>
  • Telephone number<\/li>
  • The reason for the return, attaching a photo or video of the damage\/defect.<\/li><\/ul>
